                  Goals and objectives

                  Our organisation has for mandate to supply tools to the most vulnerable individuals of the planet, so that they may take there destiny in their own hands and improve their situation. To this effect, CSF's team had put in place a culinary training adapted to the particularities of these population. In fact, while acquiring a solide base in the culinary arts, the student is brought to act on certains social problematics in which he lives in. For exemple, the student could be ask to acquire a sensibility to sustainable development and higiene in the manipulation of food. Moreover, CSF put emphasis on the respect and equity of human beings by promoting responsible practices with local employers and by supporting the creation of employment opportunities.
